MCD seeks a Public Policy Director to provide leadership over our policy and budgetary legislative priorities. Works with disability organizations, partner agencies, the legislative body, the governor’s office, and constituent groups through advice and counsel.

2020 Minnesota State Fair and Keep Moving Forward
The Minnesota Council on Disability reflects on the Keep Moving Forward participants that joined us at the State Fair in 2018: Master Hinkle, Mark Braun, Sherry Bartholomew and Christine Morgan. We also introduce the newest participants: Adonia Kyle, Jeff Bangsberg, Darlene Zangara, Ken Rodgers, Sam Jasmine, and Sharon Van Winkel.
New Executive Director Selected
The Minnesota Council on Disability (MCD) met in a Special Full Council Meeting on Wednesday, August 12, 2020. During that meeting, the Council selected E. David Dively as the Council’s next Executive Director. David has accepted our offer and will start on September 16, 2020.
