Disability Pride Month
July marks the anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), groundbreaking civil rights legislation passed in 1990. We come together to recognize how far we’ve come and the work still ahead for full inclusion and equality.
Did you know? About 1 in 4 U.S. adults lives with a disability. This festival creates space to challenge stereotypes, highlight achievements, and foster pride in disability identity and culture.
Let’s come together to celebrate our whole selves and create change! We’ll meet you on July 18th to show that disability is a natural part of human diversity.
